§ 1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the textual and audio resources of the serio.fm platform (hereinafter: “Platform”) by end users (hereinafter: “Readers”). The Platform operator is Adrian Górny, residing at ul. Lema 2c, 80-126 Gdańsk (hereinafter: “Service Provider”).
§ 2. Technical Requirements and Account Registration
Using the Platform requires a mobile device with iOS or Android operating system, Internet access, and the installed serio.fm application. Browsing some resources is free. Full use of the Platform, including saving reading/listening progress, requires registration of a free account.
§ 3. Free Nature of the Service
Currently, access to all Works (in text form and AI-generated audio) is completely free for the Reader. The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future (e.g. microtransactions for early chapter access, freemium model). The introduction of fees will not affect already acquired content and will require prior acceptance of new terms by the Reader.
§ 4. Usage Rules and Copyright
All Works available on the Platform are protected under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights. The Reader may use the Works exclusively for personal use. Copying, downloading to disk, distributing, or using works outside the serio.fm application without the authors' consent is prohibited.
§ 5. Complaint Procedure
The Reader has the right to submit complaints regarding the Platform's operation via email to: adrian@serio.fm. The Service Provider reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt and responds to the complainant's email address.
